News Reporter

Kristina grew up in the Washington, DC area and moved west to work for the PBS NewsHour. From there, she was a reporter and producer for Colorado Public Radio's interview program Colorado Matters. Kristina is excited to report full time for Aspen Public Radio-and she is very glad to return to the Roaring Fork Valley. She lived in Aspen for a summer during college, when she worked at the Aspen Music Festival. Now she loves spending all seasons in the mountains with her two dogs, Mushu the pug and a Ridgeback mix named Lila. Kristina has a B. A. in English from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
