Aspen Public Radio is experiencing microwave outages that are affecting signal quality on 88.9, 89.3 (Glenwood Springs), and 90.1. The outages are worse in the mornings and evenings. We apologize for the inconvenience and working diligently to correct the problem.

Aspen Public Radio presents NPR political editor Ken Rudin and senior Washington editor Ron Elving in a conversation about the state of politics, Washington and President Obama. Can the issue of scarce water in the West, be answered by reusing water in neighborhoods? That was one solution suggested during an Aspen Ideas Festival talk Thursday entitled, "Water and the Changing Face of the American West." Aspen Public Radio's Marci Krivonen reports.
