Adam Frankel is founding executive director of Digital Promise, a bipartisan, public-private partnershipchartered by Congress to spur innovation in education. Frankel was special assistant to the president and senior speechwriter for President Obama after speechwriting on Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign.
Hal Harvey is the CEO of Energy Innovation: Policy and Technology LLC. He is also a Senior Fellow for Energy and the Environment at the Paulson Institute located at the University of Chicago. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of ClimateWorks Foundation, a network of 13 regional foundations and expert teams who promote policies to reduce the threat of climate change.
