In November, Garfield County will either make or break history, at least according to Bill Kight, the executive director of the Glenwood Springs Historical Society.
Voters will decide on ballot question 1A, which is a mill levy. The revenue would help fund the county’s historical societies. Aspen Public Radio’s Wyatt Orme recently toured the historical society in Glenwood with Kight and spoke with him about the ballot question.
