Featuring Justice Stephen Breyer, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, in conversation with Joshua Johnson, the host of NPR's 1A. 

 Justice Breyer was nominated by President Clinton and took his seat August 3, 1994. Prior to his appointment, he served as the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Chief Counsel of the US Senate Judiciary Committee, and Assistant Special Prosecutor of the Watergate Special Prosecution Force. He has taught law at Harvard Law School, Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, the University of Rome and the College of Law in Sydney, Australia.
