The Reporter Two Way: Asset guidelines updated for affordable housing

New guidelines have been approved regarding asset caps for those applying for Aspen Pitkin County Housing Authority residences.

 

 

An asset cap says an applicant can’t be worth more than a certain amount if they wish to qualify for APCHA housing. Aspen Public Radio’s Alycin Bektesh speaks with producer Christin Kay about the series of updates likely to come next.
