Aspen Valley Hospital

The Aspen Daily News requested documents from the hospital under Colorado’s open records act.  The files concern exclusive contracts the hospital has with its surgeons.  The hospital declined to produce the documents.  Also, the hospital has just named a new board of directors member – without holding and public meetings or advertising for the position.
