This Mindfulness Group provides guided group meditation followed by an open discussion and an offering of a mindfulness practice for your week. Meet others who are making mindfulness a way to manage stress, improve attention, and acquire emotional and mental balance, as well as to cultivate peace and well-being: an inspiring support for your mindfulness practice. The daily mindfulness support includes an motivating, insightful quote, a mindfulness exercise to try during your week and reflective questions to deepen your learning. Open to beginner and experienced mindfulness practitioners and those curious about mindfulness. It is also a valuable support practice for those who are members of the Mindful Life Community or have taken the Mindful Life Foundations Course. No registration necessary.
