Welcome to the first Town Hall Speaker Series presented by the Aspen Institute's Hurst Community Initiative and the Garfield County Public Libraries, the Basalt Regional Library, and the Regional Chambers of Commerce. Joined by panelists from the Town of Basalt, CORE, and Habitat for Humanity, moderator and founder of Arcos Energy, Matthew Shmigelsky, leads a discussion focused on the Town of Basalt's policies that have led to ground-breaking innovations in environmental sustainability across the community.
