Ashley Todey

Board of Directors

Ashley is a strategic operations and administrative executive with more than 15 years of experience leading complex organizations through growth, operational transformation, and long-term strategic planning. She is known for combining financial stewardship, organizational leadership, and trusted executive partnership to drive sustainable impact and institutional strength.

Most recently, Ashley served as Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Anderson Ranch Arts Center, where she partnered closely with executive leadership and the Board of Trustees to oversee organizational operations, financial management, governance, and philanthropic strategy. She managed multi-million-dollar assets, supported enterprise-wide planning initiatives, and cultivated strong relationships with donors, trustees, and key stakeholders.

Ashley earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of Georgia — a combination that reflects both analytical rigor and a longstanding appreciation for culture and the arts.

Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, staying active outdoors, and exploring new cities through art, food, and culture. A lifelong learner, she credits her curiosity and appreciation of storytelling to childhood mornings spent listening to public radio with her father on the drive to school.
