David C. Mitchell

Originally from Minnesota, David moved to the Roaring Fork Valley with his wife and two kids in 2013. He attended Colby College and received his MBA from The Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is an experienced entrepreneur across the healthcare and insurance industries and currently serves on the board of a healthcare start-up called DOCSI which creates software to track surgical tools within operating rooms. He also co-founded and serves on the board of the Evan Marnix Guillaume Foundation whose mission is to help children in Central America as well as in Minneapolis, MN. He has also previously served on the environmental committee of the Carolyn Foundation, a family foundation that aids in a variety of causes in Minneapolis, MN, and Hartford, CT.
