Parker Waller

Board of Directors

A retired Family Physician and US Navy veteran, Parker has been a regular visitor to the Roaring Fork Valley for over 20 years. He and his wife Brijetta relocated to Snowmass Village in 2020 after a year abroad in France. They have two children in the Aspen Public Schools.

Raised in Madison, Wisconsin on a healthy diet of Car Talk, it was perhaps inevitable that Parker would attend both universities in the fair city of Cambridge, MA; steps from Dewey, Cheetham, and Howe. A member of the Harvard Class of 1992, he graduated cum laude with a degree in Geology, while concurrently participating in Navy ROTC at MIT. Parker then served as a US naval officer, primarily as the Navigator on board the destroyer USS O’Brien based in Yokosuka, Japan. He subsequently earned his MD and MBA from Northwestern University and practiced outpatient and hospital medicine in his hometown.

An avid hiker and sailor, Parker has retained his love of mountains and wide-open seas. He is a former yacht club commodore, as well as past executive director of the Madison Youth Sailing Foundation. He is currently the grant manager for the Craig and Kathryn Hall Foundation.
