Cache Cache Restaurant, walked away from the festival with victories in all four food categories, including the people’s and chef’s choice awards. This is the most awards a single restaurant has won in the event, though it is only the second year with five categories.

The Elks Lodge took home the award for the best theme, by dressing up and decorating their stand the best.

Keith Bulicz, of Aspen Parks and Recreation, says that this year was on par with or better than the last four years of the event.

There may be changes coming to the festival however, he says there is discussion of charging adults to pay for the event in coming years to help restaurants recoup expenses and also create donations for charity.
