The Carbondale Council on Arts and Humanities is now Carbondale Arts. The name change comes along with rebranding of social media accounts and an upcoming new website.
Carbondale Arts came about after the town became a certified Colorado Creative District which entitled it for state funding for the arts. The group’s executive director, Amy Kimberly, was at the helm for this achievement.
The group will also be forming a governance council in September, with members being chosen by Carbondale Arts.
