Election Event Informs Young Voters

Young leaders hope to engage and inform their peers at a voter event Wednesday in Aspen.

The event features a presentation on state and county ballot issues. Candidates for county offices will also be present.

Aspen Young Professionals and Aspen NextGen are partnering with the Aspen Skiing Company to host the bi-partisan discussion.

The event aims to mobilize voters 40 years old and younger. Attendees can register to vote, or bring their own ballot to fill out during happy hour.

The presentation starts at 6 p.m. in the Limelight.
