  Lots of great events during this final weekend of the Aspen Music Festival’s 66th season.

The Aspen Chamber Symphony performs tonight at 6 in the Benedict Music Tent conducted by Johannes Debus. Stefan Jackiw  will play Mozart’s 5th Violin Concerto and Lutoslawski’s Partita for Violin and Orchestra. Also on the program, Mozart’s Symphony No. 35, “Haffner,” and the Beethoven Choral Fantasy featuring pianist Conrad Tao and Voices of the Aspen Opera Theater Center.At 10 tomorrow in the Wheeler Opera House, it’s the summer’s final opera scenes master class.Tomorrow’s 4:30 chamber music concert in Harris Concert Hall includes a work from the composition program, Shaposhnikov’s Sonata for Flute and Harp, and the Brahms Piano Quartet No. 2.The Aspen Opera Theater Center presents Mozart’s Cosi fan tutte tomorrow night at 7 in the Wheeler Opera House.Pianist Marc-Andre Hamelin plays works of Mozart, Debussy, Schubert, and his own compositions tomorrow at 8 in Harris Concert Hall.Tomorrow at 4 will be the final concert of the season. The Aspen Festival Orchestra will be conducted by Robert Spano and joined by soprano Susanna Phillips for the Mozart concert aria “Bella mia fiamma,” Ravel’s Sheherazade, and Mahler’s Symphony No. 6, “Tragic.” Leonard Bernstein described the Finale as the "catastrophe of homo sapiens himself."
