Aspen Film is looking for volunteers to help decide what ends up on the big screen for Shortsfest next year.
Volunteer screeners can expect to spend about ten hours a week watching films that have been submitted for the 29th annual Shortsfest, which is slated to start at the end of March.
Aspen Film organizes the Oscar-qualifying festival. Last year, more than 2,500 short films were submitted. The organization says it expects to receive even more this year.
Those interested can contact Aspen Film. The deadline for applying is early October. Short film submissions are also now being accepted.
