The Reporter Two-Way: Transit report suggestions released

After 15 months, a 31-member task force has come up with a plan to significantly reduce traffic in the Roaring Fork Valley.

This proposed system would include everything from charging motorists a toll to get into Aspen to putting more buses on the highway during busy times to commuters using ride sharing apps. Aspen Public Radio’s Christin Kay spoke with news director Carolyn Sackariason, who read the group’s 50-page report and spoke at length with one of its members.
