Monday, the Aspen Chapel hosts a 50th Anniversary Gala, including drum circles, classical music, auctions and food. The event starts at 6 p.m.
Wednesday, Jane Parnell reads from and discusses her memoir “Off Trail: Finding My Way Home in the Colorado Rockies.” She’s the first woman to climb the one hundred highest peaks in Colorado. She’ll visit the Glenwood Springs library at 2 p.m. and the Carbondale library at 5:30 p.m.
Veronica Swift and the Emmet Cohen Trio visit Aspen for a JAS Cafe performance on Friday. Shows are held Downstairs at the Little Nell at 7 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.
