Week In The Arts: June 8-14, 2020

This is Week in the Arts—a curation of virtual events and exhibits around the Roaring Fork Valley.

  

The Aspen Center for Environmental Studies is hosting “Picnic Mondays” at its Hallam Lake location throughout the summer. Groups of up to five can reserve a space to dine by visiting the organization’s website.

Anderson Ranch Arts Center continues its virtual art salons Tuesday at 4 p.m. This week features Elinor Carucci. Links to the discussions can be found on the Snowmass Village art facility’s website.

Thunder River Theatre Company premiers its newest production, "The Pink Unicorn," with two livestreamed performances this week. A recording of the show will be available to watch online until June 27th on the theatre company’s website

 

Kirsten was born and raised in Massachusetts, and has called Colorado home since 2008. She moved to Vail the day after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2011. Before relocating to Basalt in 2020, she also spent a year living in one of Aspen’s sister cities, Queenstown, New Zealand.
