This is Week In The Arts—a curation of virtual events, exhibitions and reopenings around the Roaring Fork Valley.

Aspen Chapel’s Gallery’s new mixed media exhibition !!ART!! is now on display. Part of proceeds from the show go to Carbondale-based nonprofit Wind Walkers. The show runs through November 15.

Glenwood Springs Historical Society hosts a virtual ghost walk on Thursday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the Glenwood Springs Historical Society’s website.

The Arts Campus At Willits hosts a family-friendly Drive-In Halloween Extravaganza on Saturday, Oct. 24 at Crown Mountain Park. The event features a socially-distanced pumpkin patch, prepackaged trick-or-treat bags and a screening of “Wallace and Gromit” at dusk. Tickets can be found at TACAW’s website.

Kirsten was born and raised in Massachusetts, and has called Colorado home since 2008. She moved to Vail the day after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2011. Before relocating to Basalt in 2020, she also spent a year living in one of Aspen’s sister cities, Queenstown, New Zealand.
