Basalt’s Planning and Zoning commission is hosting a site visit to the contentious Pan and Fork parcel. The public will be able to visit the location of a newly proposed “river park.”
The application proposes 28 residential units and three non-profit facilities with food and beverage capabilities.
The land in question has long been held up in elections and debates over usage.
After public input tomorrow afternoon, Basalt’s Planning and Zoning Commission is recommending continuing the application into July.
