On Tuesday night, Basalt's Town Council reviewed a new development proposal for the Pan and Fork property from Willits developer Tim Belinski.
Host Zoe Rom was joined in the studio by reporter Wyatt Orme, who was at the meeting. A lot of Belinski's proposed development is housing: 22 row houses, as well as six affordable housing units. He's also proposing a 1,300-foot visitors’ center for the Basalt Chamber of Commerce, which currently operates out of a caboose across the street, and a 7,000-square-foot facility for the Art Base, a non-profit community arts center.
