They’ll be joined by violinist Veronika Eberle (EBB-er-lee) for the Shostakovich 1st Violin Concerto, and by Edgar Meyer performing his own Double Bass Concerto in E. On Sunday at 4pm in the Benedict Music Tent, Josep (yo-sepp) Caballe-Domenech (cob-igh-AY-do-MEN-eck) leads the Aspen Philharmonic in Borodin’s Prince Igor Overture, the Sibelius Violin Concerto with Sarah Chang as soloist, the Berlioz song cycle Les nuits d’ete featuring mezzo-soprano Isabel Leonard, and Respighi’s The Pines of Rome.
