The LowDown Brass Band is a uniquely strong representation of Chicago Music culture. Providing a modern take on soul, funk, hip hop, and jazz, this multifaceted all-horn band boasts freedom through the art of their craft, whilst gaining critical acclaim from The Gazette, Fame Magazine, The Chicago Reader and more.
LowDown kick started 2023 with the release of the sun-drenched soul and jazz-infused single Call Me. It was followed by the summer release of Take Me Away, which is a club inspired dance floor lover’s track.

Celebrating 32 years of free live music this summer, the Snowmass Free Concert Series, a locals’ favorite, longstanding summer tradition, returns to Fanny Hill every Thursday evening, June 13-August 22, 2024. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with shows starting at 6:30 p.m.

Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic, order to-go from Snowmass restaurants, and support local Snowmass businesses before or after the concert. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from the Snowmass branded container bars, located inside the venue. Outside food and sealed non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. No glass bottles, open containers or personal alcohol of any kind are permitted. No dogs are allowed.
Where to go: Concerts are held on the Fanny Hill Concert Stage at the end of the Snowmass Mall. Free parking is available at Town Park Station and the Brush Creek Intercept Lot, with free shuttles to the Snowmass Mall and Base Village. Additional options include, RFTA bus service from Aspen and the Intercept Lot, or the free Village Shuttle service throughout Snowmass. It is best to get off at the Snowmass Mall stop.
If you are driving, the Base Village Parking Garage offer free (limited) parking during the summer months. From the garage, you can ride the free Sky Cab Gondola (known as the Skittles) from Base Village to the Snowmass Mall.

Actor, writer and producer David Koechner is well-known for his roles as Todd Packer on “TheOffice” andChamp Kind from “Anchorman” and “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.”He recently appeared on ABC’s “The Goldbergs,” ABC’s “Bless This Mess,” CBS’s “Superior Donuts, “Showtime’s “Twin Peaks,” Comedy Central’s “Another Period” IFC’s “Stan Against Evil” and co-hosted A&E’s “America’s Top Dog.” Koechner voices reoccurring characters on FOX’s “AmericanDad” and Netflix’s “F is for Family” and “The Epic Talesof Captain Underpants.” In film, recent projects include “Then Came You,” “Braking for Whales” “A Week Away,” “Vicious Fun” and“National Champions.” Upcoming releases include “Half Baked 2” and “Ganymede.
”An alumnus of Chicago’s Second City Theater, Koechner got his first break as a cast member on“Saturday Night Live” and has since become an instantly recognizable face appearing in more than 200 films and television shows. Test your knowledge of The Office with the Pack-Man himself, David Koechner. Teams will compete for prizes – while also hearing behind-the-scenes stories from David about playing the hit show’s favorite obnoxious paper salesman (and Michael’s bff), Todd Packer. After multiple trivia rounds, top teams will need to channel their favorite The Office characters and test their acting chops in order to be crowned – by David – trivia champions. The show also features a Q&A, meet and greet and pictures with the Pack-Man! This event is approximately 90 minutes.
