The Reporter Two-Way: APCHA Governance

This week Aspen City Council member Adam Frisch expressed concern about oversight of the Aspen Pitkin County Housing Authority (APCHA).

He asked that the council plan a work session as soon as possible to discuss the way the department is managed. Alycin Bektesh joins Carolyne Heldman to explain what isn’t working with the joint governance model.
