May First Friday kicks off Carbondale’s summer season of events with a Block Party! Main Street becomes a pedestrian corridor, and local shops, galleries, restaurants will have extended hours and special events.

The 16th annual Family Block Party takes place from 4-8 pm at the 4th Street Plaza & Chacos Park and will include local food, music produced by valley youth, and fun activities with local non-profits.

The Carbondale Rotary Club’s Fireball Drop takes place at 5 pm across from Peppino's. The Bonedale Flea Market pops up between 5-8pm on Main St between 3rd & 2nd Streets with local makers, vintage goods, and culinary delights!
