Mardi Gras returns to Snowmass with a full day of colorful festivities, live music, and family-friendly fun throughout the village.

Families can stop by pop-up tents and tables featuring Kidtoons, and enjoy face painting and roaming stilt walkers along the Snowmass Mall and Base Village 2:00-4:00pm.

Live music kicks off at the Snowmass Mall Tower Stage with Bradman at 2:00pm, setting the tone for the celebration. The King and Queen Walk also begins at 2:00pm on the Snowmass Mall. The Mardi Gras royalty will toss beads as they travel from the Snowmass Mall to Base Village, followed by a lively Dragon Dance alongside the royal procession. Additional bead tosses will take place from the main stage in Base Village.

The celebration wraps up with a high-energy headline concert by The Pimps of Joytime on the Base Village stage at 3:00pm, bringing funk, soul, and pure Mardi Gras joy. Costumes are encouraged—bring out your purple, green, and gold and join the fun.
