The Brutalist
Aspen Film together with the resnick center for herbert bayer studies will show The Brutalist at the Isis, on Saturday, December 21st at 3pm. The film is set in the years just after World War II, and follows the journey of a visionary architect leaving post-war Europe for America. Having already won numerous awards it has been described as a new American Masterpiece. The viewing will include a discussion by Andrew Travers of the resnick center about the film and some of its analogies to the Aspen experience.
