“The Thorny Path: A Mountain Boy’s Quest to Sail Around the World” with Nick Devore
Local Aspen boy and ski pro, Nick Devore and his Colorado native girlfriend, Ashton Tafoya bought a 36-foot sailboat, named it Space Wrangler, and are setting out with the intention to sail around the world. Neither of them saw the ocean until they were about 10 years old but have been called by her vast freedom. They have been working hard all winter to pay off their boat and upgrade her to blue water seaworthiness.
