Plans for Snowmass Village’s latest affordable housing project are on display Tuesday night. The new 18-unit development is named after former housing director, Joe Coffey, who passed away last year.
Residents can learn about Coffey Place, view renderings and give feedback to the design team. Architects and public planners will give a formal presentation of the development, which could break ground as soon as this summer. The proposal includes a mix of duplexes and single-family homes which would only be available to Snowmass’ growing workforce.
The meeting starts at 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
