Sustainable Settings, a nonprofit organization that runs a ranch, has its annual Harvest Festival tomorrow night.
A speaker series with leaders in the organic and biodynamic agricultural movement will take place during the day, and the benefit dinner and dance will go into the night.
The dinner includes food that is biodynamic, organic and raised and grown on the Sustainable Settings ranch. It’s then prepared by notable valley chefs, including Mark Fischer of Town, Phat Thai and the Pullman, Chris Lanter of Cache Cache, Will Nolan of 8K at the Viceroy Snowmass and others.
The event will take place on the organization’s ranch, right outside of Carbondale.
