The Aspen Pitkin County Housing Authority (APCHA) is seeking public input about its online presence.
The need for an updated website for the housing authority was identified as part of a 150-page analysis of the program earlier this year. The report, prepared by a team of consultants from Colorado, Wyoming and California, states that the authority’s program is further complicated by unorganized information on how many units it has and who lives in them, as well as a lack of comprehensive, real time understanding of the inventory.
A survey on the authority’s homepage asks users what they would want to see in a new set up, from the layout and design to the information provided. The feedback will be used to guide an entire overhaul of the website.
