The Town of Snowmass Village currently does not allow business licenses for the sale of marijuana.
The town council wants to know what the public thinks about those rules, and is conducting a survey that closes this weekend. Alycin Bektesh spoke with producer Christin Kay about why the town has not followed suit with the rest of the valley in terms of retail marijuana.
