The 36th annual Food & Wine Classic has released its talent lineup.
This will be the first Food & Wine Classic in Aspen overseen by magazine editor-in-chief Hunter Lewis. It will also feature a cooking seminar with his longtime mentor Jonathan Waxman.
There are over 80 seminars listed with a number of well-known chefs from across the country headlining the festivities.
Also happening that weekend, there will be a “Best New Chefs” dinner at the top of Aspen Mountain, a Food & Wine 2018 Restaurants of the Year brunch at the Hotel Jerome and a late night party.
The full schedule is available now. Food & Wine’s signature event starts June 15.
