Residents are invited to a stakeholder meeting to review and discuss the reconstruction of the south side of the El Jebel Road and Highway 82 intersection. The meeting will be on Tuesday, February 18th, from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Eagle County Building, at 0020 Eagle County Drive in Carbondale. Representatives from the Eagle County Engineering Department and the project design consultant will be there to discuss the project and address any concerns and questions. Engineers believe the reconstruction of the south side of the intersection is necessary to improve the overall operation of the intersection and obtain a new CDOT permit.
