Description:Taking a community-driven approach to local wellness, we invite you to a soulful day of supported reflection, nourishment, and healing to honor grief in all its forms—personal, collective, anticipatory, and ancestral. However you define your grief, you are welcome here.

With the generous support of Pathfinders, Aspen Hope Center, Aspen Institute's Hurst Community Initiative, Lead with Love, and the Connection is the Medicine Foundation—alongside a growing number of local agencies, direct service providers, mental health professionals, clergy, restaurants, musicians, and media sponsors—we collectively present this unique community gathering.

What to Expect: Held on the tranquil campus of True Nature in Carbondale, this free and public event offers a series of interactive experiences and healing modalities to support participants in the grieving process.

Offerings include:

• Guided breathwork and meditation
• Facilitated labyrinth processing
• Journaling and personal reflection exercises
• Informal small group discussions
• Immersive musical performances
• Nourishing refreshments from local restaurants

Please register in advance so we can plan for food, and it is a casual day where all are welcome to come for any portion of the day; you don't have to stay for the whole time frame.
