Nordic Master’s program
Lina Sutro will be teaching this week’s Master’s Cross Country program. Sutro will be instructing skiers on classic technique Wednesday from noon to 1:30. Specific curriculum will change over the 12-week series but will include techniques for different terrain, drills, endurance training, race training and more.
