Pitco Library Summer Reading Kickoff Party
The Pitkin County Library is kicking off another season of its Summer Reading Program with a free, all-ages party on Friday, June 6th. The party will take place from 3 to 5pm in Galena Plaza outside the library and will feature face painting, crafts, community booths… and plenty of treats. The event will be moved inside when there’s stormy weather. The party is an opportunity to register for the program where you can earn points and prizes for reading books, completing challenges, and attending library events. The summer reading program is open to kids, teens, and adults.
