Local medical professionals administered the COVID-19 vaccine to 300 kids at the Aspen High School gymnasium Nov. 12. Pitkin County Public Health made sure the facility was outfitted with games, movies, snacks and therapy animals to help calm any nervous children. The next pediatric COVID vaccine clinics in Pitkin County are scheduled for Nov. 16 and 17 at Basalt Middle school and Nov. 18 and 19 at Aspen Middle School.
