Aspen Public Radio is delighted to present the nationally syndicated program 1A (airs weekdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.) host Joshua Johnson for a free public event on the Red Brick Center for the Arts lawn at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26.
Aspen Public Radio Reporter Christin Kay will interview Joshua about hosting a daily national show, the challenges of reporting and how his career path led him to Washington D.C.
Our event is a picnic-style event - bring some snacks and non-alcoholic beverages (water provided) and get an insider look at public radio programming.
1A will be broadcasting live to the nation from our studios Monday and Tuesday, June 24 and 25, and Joshua is moderating several events at the Aspen Ideas Festival.
Sponsorship for this event is generously provided by Alpine Bank of Aspen.
