Giving Tuesday Now

Update as of 9:00 a.m., May 6: Thank you to our listeners for your incredible support on #GivingTuesdayNow. Your financial support is what makes the critical reporting needed now possible. And thanks to you, our friends at Clark's Market were able to donate 100 emergency bags of food to local pantry, LIFT-UP. Thank you again for your commitment to Aspen Public Radio, and to each other, here in the Roaring Fork Valley.

Update as of 8:00 p.m., May 5: We are closing in on 100 gifts and we are overwhelmed by the positive community support! There is still time to give on #GivingTuesdayNow. Please donate on aspenpublicradio.org and for every gift made, Clark's Market will give a bag of food to LIFT-UP to support families in need.

Update as of 2:20 p.m., May 5: Thank you to everyone for donating so far! We are one-quarter of the way toward our goal with over 50 gifts and we are excited that Clark's Market will be giving 50 emergency food bags to LIFT-UP.

Update as of 10:00 a.m., May 5: We sent out an email first thing this morning to announce our #GivingTuesdayNow campaign. For every gift made on aspenpublicradio.org today, Clark's Market will donate a bag of food to LIFT-UP to support families in our valley who are in need. Please help us meet our 200-gift goal and support two causes with just one gift. Thank you for supporting fact-based, trusted news (and our community) during #GivingTuesdayNow.

Aspen Public Radio would like to remind our listeners to mark your calendars for Giving Tuesday Now, a global philanthropy movement to support the non-profits in our community, coming up on May 5.

For every donation made to Aspen Public Radio on May 5 our friends at Clark's Market will generously donate a bag of food to local food pantry, LIFT-UP, to help support up to 200 families in our valley who are in need.

Since the COVID-19 outbreak began, our web traffic has increased by nearly 200%. We've been reporting on the stories that matter, from local restaurant workers navigating takeout operations to updates from healthcare employees on the front lines, all to give members of our community a voice and to keep you up to date on the critical safety information you need.

Support the critical coverage that you and so many others in our valley rely on; please donate on May 5 during Giving Tuesday Now.

Schedule your gift today by contacting Lauri Jackson, Office Administrator/Development Associate, at 970-920-9000.
