Cross Currents: Aspen Youth Center

The Aspen Youth Center provides after-school and summer programs for area kids.  They offer indoor and outdoor play, structured and free time, and cooking and art classes...all for free.

Christin Kay talked with Michaela Idhammer-Ketpura, executive director of the Aspen Youth Center, about the goals for children who attend, as well as the wide range of families that the Youth Center serves.

Clare Williams, a fifth-grader who attends the Aspen Youth Center, joined the conversation as well.
