Recent Earthquakes Probably Natural, USGS Says

On Dec. 11, two small earthquakes occured north of Glenwood Springs. One was a 3.4 and the other a 3.6 on the Richter Scale.

Aspen Public Radio’s Wyatt Orme recently spoke with Jim Bellini, a geophysicist with the U.S. Geological Survey in Golden, CO, about how common earthquakes are in Garfield County.
