Local chef Chris Randall wants to highlight the issues of addiction and mental health struggles in the restaurant industry with an event, "Proofless," that pairs seven gourmet courses with non-alcoholic drinks, or “mocktails.”
Randall, the executive chef at Rustique spoke with Christin Kay about his mission to make the industry healthier for both workers and diners.
