The Aspen Center for Environmental Studies is hosting a hayride tour of Rock Bottom Ranch this Saturday. This is the last hayride tour of the year. Participants will get to see how livestock and gardens produce in the summer with the help of the ranch’s rotational grazing system. They’ll also learn the science behind ACES’ vegetable production, and about where their food comes from. Registration is available on ACES’ website, and is 10 dollars for adults, and 3 dollars for kids. The hayride starts right at 10:30, and will happen rain or shine, so wear layers and prepare for different kinds of weather.
