On Tuesday and Wednesday, Finnish comedian Ismo visits the Wheeler Opera House. He draws on his outsider’s perspective to poke fun at the English language. The performances begin at 8 p.m.
Also Wednesday, local filmmaker Wayne Ewing brings his documentary “Border Wall”and an episode of his new TV series to the ISIS Theatre in Aspen. He’ll discuss his work after the screening. The event begins at 5:00 p.m.
Friday, the Aspen Historical Society hosts a discussion about the history of backcountry use and protection in the area. It’s a part of the "History On Tap" series. The event takes place at Willoughby Park in Aspen and begins at 5:30 p.m.
