The sixth annual Apres Ski Cocktail Classic is underway. This year, the event that celebrates mixed drinks is mixing it up.
More local bars and restaurants are part of the event this year. The Cocktail Classic will hold public tastings and seminars at several different Aspen venues, including Hooch, the Cooking School of Aspen and the St. Regis.
In the past, the majority of the events took place at the Grand Tasting Village, outside of the Little Nell.
Laura Albers, a co-founder of the event, hopes this will support more local watering holes.
