MayFest Youth Resource Fair- A Youth-Led Celebration of Community, Music, Food, Vendors, and Fun!

We invite you to the 1st Annual MayFest, a bilingual youth-led community event that will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Cottonwood Park (100 La Plata Circle, Parachute, CO 81635). This vibrant, family-friendly event is designed to bring together youth, their families, and local organizations to engage with community resources, explore career and internship opportunities, and enjoy a variety of fun activities. Join author and keynote speaker Hampton Sides for an unforgettable experience with fellow literature lovers while enjoying cocktails and dinner at the historic Hotel Jerome. Book Ball raises critical funds to support Aspen Words programs, including writers in the schools, scholarships for aspiring writers and community talks with Pulitzer Prize-winning authors.
