The annual Hozhoni Days Powwow took place recently at Fort Lewis College in Durango, bringing participants from around the country.

Diné activists and voting rights groups joined community members on the Navajo Nation for a get-out-the-vote event aimed at encouraging more Indigenous voters to participate in this year's election.

The Navajo Nation is continuing its efforts to locate and help tribal members who were victimized by fraudulent sober living homes in Arizona which specifically targeted Indigenous communities. Vulnerable tribal members were lured with false promises of treatment for substance abuse.

The Navajo Nation Police Department has received numerous missing persons reports that they have traced to addiction treatment centers in Arizona.
